The Mock Up Experience team has created an inventory of equipment and accessories to improve your customers experience. These items are available for loan to authorized dealers and Steelcase sales and are typically expected to be used for approximately 2 weeks, and then returned so others may use them too.
Please allow at least one week processing time when requesting items. We cannot guarantee that items can be shipped in one day.
- Items ship FedEx Priority Overnight 2 days in advance of your requested delivery date.
- We pay for shipping to you, you pay return shipping.
- Whoever placed the order is responsible for saving all shipping materials, including cases and crates, for safe return.
- Whoever placed the order is responsible for returning all items, complete and in good condition by return date indicated.
